Easter Ham Dinner

One of my favorite dishes to make in the crockpot is perfect for Easter.  It has a simple ingredient list and is delicious.  This Easter Ham Dinner is everything in one.  It is veggies, carbs, and protein all packed into one dish! Plus, the sweet taste makes it a treat within it’s self.  This is so simple, I find myself eating it more then just at Easter time.

1 12oz bag of mini carrots
3 large sweet potatoes/yams, cubed
1 1/2 pound boneless ham
1/2 cup maple syrup

1. Place carrots and yams in the bottom of crockpot. Drizzle a little of the maple syrup on top.
2. Place ham on top of veggies. Cover in maple syrup.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
