Cranberries, in some form, are typically a staple at any Thanksgiving celebration. I personally don’t care for them, but I do love to stick to traditions. This recipe is so simple. It’s a no fuss, all natural way to make a cranberry dressing to pair perfectly with the Thanksgiving feast.
12 oz fresh cranberries (rinsed)
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup orange juice
1. In a medium saucepan, add honey and orange juice. Cook on medium- high heat for about 3 minutes.
2. Add cranberries to saucepan. Stir and allow to cook for 10 minutes. The cranberries will start popping.
3. Reduce the heat to low and continue to simmer until the rest of the cranberries pop. (About 5 minutes)
4. Remove from heat and stir. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
