Herbed Chicken Drumsticks

I love simple recipes! During the week, I honestly don’t have the energy for complicated meals. After 10 hours at work, I want to come home and wave a magic wand for dinner. Recipes like this are kinda like waving that wand. I can toss it together and do little things around the house while it cooks. (Dishes from that morning, fold laundry, etc.) So, wave your wand and cook up these delicious drumsticks for your household!

0305 chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp dill
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp melted coconut oil

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a cast iron skillet, or a oven safe baking dish, cover the bottom with coconut oil.
2. In a large baggie, mix the spices together. Toss the drumsticks in the spices. Lay out in dish.
3. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping about halfway through for even cooking.
