I decided to finally put this recipe out there. My co-workers were looking for it this week on the site and were upset to not find it there. I promised to text them when I got home, which I did… as soon as I walked in the door. I thought about it and figured I should share the recipe with everyone else too. It is another rib slow cooker recipe. They come out juicy, even when reheated. I keep this dry rub in a spice container from Ikea. I will admit that I eat these on a regular basis, so I need to keep this one hand.
1 rack of pork ribs (to fit in slow cooker)
1/3 cup of water
1 tbsp sea salt, ground
1 1/2 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp onion
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1. Mix spices in a small bowl. Spread across the top of the ribs and rub in.
2. Place ribs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
3. Pour in about 1/3 cup of water around the ribs.
4. Cook on low for 8 hours.
